So needed! This just published paper from WWF came out today.
Its a highly interesting new publication on the didactics & psychology behind the WWF’s ‘Natural Change’ approach to leadership development, which is rooted is many indigenous traditions (e.g. the vision quests from the Navaho) and eastern wisdom traditions.
Some powerful and valuable conclusions on how to facilitate a leadership learning programme that changes people at identity & values level, and especially how to communicate about it to the public.
